How Analiva fits alongside your accounting system and how the analytics experience is intended to work.
Does Analiva replace my accounting system?
No. Analiva is an analytics layer that works with connected accounting data. Your accounting system remains the source of the underlying financial information.
Can I use Analiva for one company?
Yes. The Essential plan is designed for one connected company and provides the core Analiva analytics experience.
What happens when I connect multiple companies?
Analiva is designed to present both entity-level information and a global view so you can compare companies and understand group performance.
Is the group view a full accounting consolidation?
Analiva adds together the figures of the companies you place in a reporting group, so you see the group total and every company behind it. It does not post intercompany eliminations, currency translation or minority-interest adjustments, and reports in rand. It is a management view, not a statutory consolidation.
Can I drill down from a dashboard number?
Yes. Drill-through is a core part of the Analiva concept: move from headline KPIs into the account and transaction detail supporting the result.

The standard public plans scale mainly according to the number of companies connected.
What counts as a connected company?
Each separate accounting entity connected to Analiva counts as one connected company.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. Customers can move to a higher company band as their group grows.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are priced at the equivalent of 10 monthly payments, about 16.7% less than paying the monthly rate for 12 months.
What if I need more than 10 companies?
Contact Analiva. Requirements above 10 connected companies are quoted individually as a Practice or Enterprise arrangement.

Which accounting integration is the launch priority?
Sage Business Cloud Accounting is the priority integration for the initial Analiva offering.
Will Analiva support other accounting systems?
Sage Business Cloud Accounting is the first integration. Other accounting systems are planned, and each one will be listed on the Integrations page once it is available.
What support is included?
Support arrangements for each plan will be published before subscriptions open. Until then, contact us through the Contact page.
How do I get started?
