WHAT THE SAGE CONNECTION READS
Read-only access to the information reporting needs.
Analiva reads your accounting data. It never creates, changes or deletes anything in your books.
Companies
The Sage companies you choose to connect.
Chart of Accounts
Account names and the Sage category of each account.
Transactions
The ledger transactions behind each figure, for drill-through.
Trial Balances
Month-end balances, used for the balance sheet and reconciliation checks.
HOW IT WORKS
Connect once. Analiva keeps the figures up to date.
Connecting takes a few minutes and is done by someone with access to the Sage companies.
- Sign in with SageApprove read-only access on Sage's own sign-in page. Analiva never sees your Sage password.
- Choose companiesPick which of your Sage companies to report on.
- Automatic refreshFigures refresh from Sage every morning, and whenever you request a sync.
- Disconnect at any timeRemove the connection in Analiva and syncing stops.

What you'll need.
A Sage Subscription
An active Sage Business Cloud Accounting subscription for each company.
A Sage Login
A user with access to the companies you want to connect.
Authority to Connect
Permission to share each company's information, for example as owner or with your client's consent.
Your Companies
A list of the companies you want to report on.
Financial Year
Each company's financial year-end, so year-to-date figures line up.
Reporting Structure
Optional: regions or divisions you want to compare.
PERMISSIONS & DATA
Your data, handled carefully.
Access is read-only and limited to what reporting needs. Sage access tokens are stored encrypted.
